Delcam software in use at Mexican
customer NPL- Ditemsa

Delegates will have their first opportunity to see the new version of
Delcam’s PowerSHAPE hybrid modelling software, PowerSHAPE Pro. This
offers a complete solution for designers of complex shapes such as those
found in the footwear, packaging and electrical appliance industries,
by combining the speed and ease-of-use of solid modelling with the design
flexibility of surface modelling. Unique functionality within PowerSHAPE
Pro includes a range of powerful morphing commands for whole model edits
of CAD models and the embossing technology that is at the heart of Delcam’s
Total Modelling approach to design.
On the manufacturing side, particular attention will be given to new
strategies available for high-speed and five-axis machining in the PowerMILL
CAM system and to the latest release of the PowerINSPECT inspection software.
The new range of adaptive machining techniques available through the integration
of PowerMILL and PowerINSPECT will also be described.
