UK Support Services
The UK Support Department consists
of 16 full time members of staff which splits into two teams plus an administration
department. The two teams being the helpdesk and installation teams.
The Helpdesk
team
The Helpdesk team consists of
6 engineers who specialize in the full range of Delcam's Powersolution
Products and the integration of all the other essential products that
provide the full turn key solution offered by Delcam. The engineers
who offer frontline support will try to answer your problem immediately
giving you the quickest response time possible.
Helpdesk
hours
The helpdesk is available from
8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The helpdesk also offers a
weekend service which is available on Saturday mornings
from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
The
Installations team
The Installations team consists
of 8 engineers offering a wide range of experience whether it be a site
who has just recently invested in CAD/CAM or the more established sites
whose requirements need to be supported with the latest available technology.
The team offers a wide range of knowledge in the Microsoft Windows and
Unix operating systems and the ability to integrate all various types
of platforms, this being an important issue in today's typical CAD/CAM
office which may use software offered by vendors other than Delcam. The installations team further splits into regionalised areas, Midlands,
North and South to allow continuity between the customer site and
a specific engineer.
